Alisso is a large farmhouse located on the same estate as La Damigella, the house featured on the opposite page. As La Damigella, it is conveniently located close to the famous beach resorts of Versilia. Since it is less than 10 km from the motorway exit, it is an ideal base for visiting the main Tuscan towns. We have been renting it successfully for the first year in the 2003 season. Clients who rented La Damigella in the past have particularly appreciated the beauty and quiet of the estate. The house has been immaculately restored and furnished, and is especially bright and full of light. Since the owners have great pride in their properties, the house and the grounds are particularly well kept. In front of the house there is a lovely large covered patio furnished as an outside sitting area, with table and chairs, which is ideal for eating outside. The big pool (17 x 8 m) is quite close to the house, in a level garden that is well suited for young families.
