Our real estate agency was created in 2004 by Marie Champignolle, who is Italian and has worked for more than 10 years as a tour guide in Lucca, Tuscany, as well as in Italian territory. In addition, she worked as an associate of an Italian real estate agency specializing in seasonal rentals. Back in France, she worked as a tour guide in Troyes (Champagne). Passionate about culture and attached to her roots, she decided to create her real estate agency specializing in seasonal rentals to offer many rentals in Italy, especially in Tuscany, then in Sicily, as well as in other Italian regions.
