How to reserve ?
Booking rules
You can book our properties on our website www.champignolleimmo.com sending a request with contact us, to our offices. In this case we will send you a booking form which has to be filled in signed and sent back to us together with copy of payment. In case the requested property is not available, our staff will send you a selection of alternatives.
On each confirmed booking CHAMPIGNOLLE IMMO will charge € 30,00 as booking fees.
Payments
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due at the time of booking in order to confirm the booking. It can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
The balance is due no later than 50 days before the start of the rental period. Should the booking be concluded within 50 days of the start of the rental period, full payment of the reservation is required.
Cancellations
The cancellation of a booking on the part of the client, must reach CHAMPIGNOLLE IMMO in written form and will incur the following cancellation charges:
30% of total rental costs, if the cancellation is made up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 50% between 59 and 40 days before the start of the rental period
80% between 39 and 20 days before the start of the rental period
100% less than 19 days before the start of the rental period
or in case of a no-show.
For any change to the original booking on the part of the client, always assuming that the property and the rental period remain the same, the client must pay a fee of € 30.00. The client can take out an insurance policy (proposed at the time of booking).
Data processing and freedoms:
In accordance with the data processing law and freedoms of January 6th, 1978, the parts have a right of access and of correction of the personal data with regard to them formulating to Champignolle Immo by postal mail addressed to the address mentioned on the site or by email: info@champignolleimmo.com
