The house is a splendid holiday home, a restored chapel with a beautiful swimming pool at the exclusive use of the guests; precious furnishings and equipped with all kind of comfort. A dream holiday home!

The owners ‘villa is located within the grounds of the house; the chapel i.e. the holiday home is detached on the back of the owners’ villa. The holiday home disposes of an independent access to the house within an outdoor area which is equipped with a table, chairs und barbeque for your fine dining al fresco.

About 20 m away from your holiday home within the owners’big garden there is an amazing swimming pool, which is entirely set in earth (16x6 m, 10 cm – 3 m deep), access through an electrical gate. The swimming pool is at the guests’ complete disposal from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. (after that time it is used by the owners). Children can use inflatable mattress and inflatable animals to play in the swimming pool, which is perfectly safe since in the initial part the water is very shallow. The swimming pool area is equipped with deckchairs, beach beds, and veranda with table, chairs and swing, utility bathroom, two cabins to be used as changing rooms, fridge, and external shower with hot/cold water. In front of the swimming pool, there is also a big lawn (1000 sqm).

Entrance on the ground floor: dining room with table made of glass, huge modern kitchen with cookery island with stove with 5 fires, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, big fridge/freezer, 1 bathroom with toilet, basin, bidet, outdoor area with sink, washing machine, and lift to the 1st floor.
Stairs to the 1st floor: living room with couch, SAT-TV, dvd player, big front of windows, 1 spacious bathroom with 2 basins, toilet, bidet, hydro massage shower for 2 persons, 1 spacious double bedroom with the possibility of 1 additional bed or baby bed, 1 twin bedroom.
The house is tastefully furnished, in modern style and offers all kind of comfort such as air-conditioning, mosquito bars on the windows, lift and WIFI. Beamed ceiling, parquet tiled floor on the 1st floor. All this accessories make Magia 2 to a 5 star holiday home. Parking close to the house.

This house lies only 5 km away from the town centre of Lucca and 500 m away from shops, supermarket and restaurant.
You may reach easily and quickly by car the centre of Lucca and of course Pisa and the other art cities such as Florence and Siena.
We recommend you to explore the surrounding hills on foot or by bicycle, discover the hamlets of S. Andrea, Colle di Compito, San Ginese till you reach Castelvecchio Alto.
