This exceptionally beautiful property is located in a very quiet and spectacular position, just a few kilometres away from the lovely village of Montalcino. The views from the house are outstanding taking in the Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi, considered by many as the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The property comprises both a large Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a small guest house, and has been bought by a well-known Italian interior designer, (the owner of Fontanelle, one of our best properties). This house has been restored and furnished to the same high standard as the villa number 567194 on this web site and the interior is particularly spacious and well lighted. Air conditioning is available in most of the bedrooms. Two extra bedrooms are available at extra cost.

GUEST HOUSE - 2 PEOPLE
Ground Floor: Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
EXTRA ACCOMMODATION (at extra cost):
2 Extra bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are available on request at the following extra cost (prices per week, per bedroom): € 790 (low season); € 950 (medium season); € 990 (high season).
Rental prices include linen (changed weekly), final cleaning, electricity and hot water.
Heating is charged extra according to usage. A/C is included in the price.
Tourist tax is not included in the rental rate.
