The garden, where his workshop is also located, is a true open-air museum. Pleasant position at the gates of the small town of Monteverdi Marittima. For each unit, the owner personally oversaw the renovation work and furnishings, using his sculptors and his preferred material, travertine, for the bathrooms, the kitchens and the floors. Simple, essential furnishings, as is the artist's style, with a few Tuscan country pieces. Heating with electric heaters, hot water by means of a water heater. Fontane 1 and 2 are two completely independent apartments in a two-family house. Eva and Boscaiolo are two single houses.
